These Terms govern your use of fitxp.me and any purchase you make during our pre-launch period. By using the site you agree to these Terms.
Pre-launch product
FitXP is not yet released. Joining the waitlist or purchasing Adopter access reserves your place and benefits for when the app launches on iOS. Timelines are estimates and may change.
Adopter access
- Adopter access is a one-time $5 purchase granting lifetime access to FitXP once launched, plus a Adopter badge.
- "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the FitXP product and does not guarantee any specific feature set or availability period.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Refunds
Because FitXP has not launched, you may request a full refund of your Adopter purchase at any time before launch by emailing hello@fitxp.me.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

The site and any pre-launch offer are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. FitXP is a fitness product and is not medical advice; consult a professional before beginning any exercise program.
